  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, optional
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

PASTRY

  • 1 package (2 sheets) frozen puff pastry, thawed*
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce for drizzling*
